As a Client Support Associate, you will collaborate with core team members as well as across- departments to navigate clients’ needs and deliver optimal results. - Oversee the enrollment of new clients into our programs as well as onboarding new associates
- Be the focal point for clients’ needs and become a trusted advisor by deeply understanding their positioning and aligning their needs with our solutions
- Nurture relationships with clients through ongoing communication and periodic meetings
- Track & monitor client status, identify areas of concern and pursue growth and up-sell opportunities
