The role of the Sales Agent centers on cultivating new buyer relationships and assisting them with reaching their real estate investing goals. The position provides a ground-up education in investment real estate including real estate fundamentals, sales, marketing, property renovations, negotiations and working with sellers, buyers, lenders, contractors, and every real estate professional in-between. In their few months, our agents go from networking and marketing to closing deals and creating long-term buyer relationships with an idea towards rapid career growth.Drive Matters; Experience Does NotOur goal at New Western is to give you the opportunity to grow alongside us and to flourish in leadership and management roles as quickly as possible. Experience with sales and real estate are not prerequisites. All it takes is a competitive spirit, a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed. We provide personalized training, great leads and the knowledge and tools you need to begin meeting investors and selling homes right away. In fact, most agents sell homes just a few weeks out of training. Sales Agents will then grow into an Acquisitions role, learning to buy houses, while earning more money, in approximately one year. The career path is aggressively geared towards placing top performers into management roles, first, as assistant managers, then as General Managers running their own offices.
