Title: Environmental Health Safety & Security Analyst
To ensure that regulatory requirements for Safety, Security, Environment and Workers Compensation are met/ exceeded. To continually reduce risk and cost associated with behaviors and conditions of employees, contractors and visitors of Aryzta.
Champion the effort to ensure EHS compliance, build a strong safety culture and in the process reduce injuries
Receives assignments from manager and determines how to use resources to complete tasks and as a result meet objectives and goals. Provides guidance to Bakery Management to achieve goals in accordance with established company policies. Recommends and implements changes to safety and health program that affect the bakery
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Champion the current EHS Program to create an injury-free environment and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Lead accident investigations and maintain all OSHA reporting.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Education, Technical Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Proficiency Level
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years safety experience in a manufacturing environment preferably food industry
- Use a computer more than 25% of total work time.
- Ability to communicate (written and oral) in Spanish and English
B.S. in Occupational Safety or related discipline

- The noise level in the work environment is often moderate to loud.
