Work under the supervision of Environmental Services/Assistant Director/Supervisors. Performs a wide variety of highly demanding physical activities to assist in maintaining the hospital in a clean, sanitary, organized and attractive condition for patients, employees and visitors. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Work requires knowledge generally acquired through a high school education or GED. Valid Driver’s License experience preferred. Manual dexterity of all limbs. Ability to follow instructions and procedures. Ability to perform strenuous work assignments for long periods of time. Ability to operate complex machines and equipment related to housekeeping functions.
