Tucson office of our client, a Chambers ranked law firm, is actively seeking associates to join our ERISA/Employee Benefits Group. The candidate will represent and advise employers and their ERISA retirement and welfare benefit plans with respect to all ERISA and Tax Code matters, including plan design, regulatory compliance, executive compensation, IRS and DOL corrections and governmental audits, as well as employee benefits issues in business transactions, acquisitions and dispositions. Must preferably have a moderate portable book of business. Nevada or Colorado Bar membership preferred. Admission to practice law in Arizona, Colorado or Nevada required (or willingness to sit for the Bar or otherwise qualify for admission).
