ADVANCED WINDOW SYSTEMS has been installing windows and Patio Doors for over 30 years in San Mateo County. We are a small window and patio door installation company serving San Mateo County. We specialize in all types of window and Patio Door installation including wall cut-outs and bay windows. We are currently looking for an Operations Manager at our Livermore, CA location.

How you will spend your days as an Operations Manager:

• Work directly with General Manager and staff
• Interact with vendors acquiring price and window product information
• Keep the sales office in order
• Create and update spreadsheets in Excel � including project expenses and other relative fields as required
• Window plan take offs - Data collection, data mining, organization, multi-tasking
• Consistently Maintain M-F 6am to 2:30pm (1/2 hour lunch) Schedule

• Minimum education required�High school or GED.
• Knowledge of various window products
• 1 years of estimating experience (preferred)
• Basic understanding and use of Microsoft excel needed
• Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous
• People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
• High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
• Quick learning abilities with good knowledge retention
