Opportunity to manage a growing, high-end, event and accommodations facility. (The property is spectacularly beautiful!) Seeking a self-starting, highly-motivated individual (or couple) who can manage and run a full service vacation/event property in the Triad area. Position will report to owners of the property.
Responsibilities and Duties:
(1) Manage daily overall property maintenance. (2) Communicate with patrons and guests and insure customer satisfaction. (3) Actively market and advertise property and event space. (4) Assist in development of a long-range business plan
(1) Minimum of High School Degree. (2) Business Administration Experience. (3) Marketing Experience. (4) Hospitality Experience. (5) Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Compensation & Benefits:
Negotiable salary. Also, a two-bedroom guest house (on the property) may be provided as part of the compensation package.
