CB is comprised of Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries, Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries, Real Estate Banking, Commercial Term Lending and Community Development Banking. Business Banking (“BB”), a division of Consumer and Community Banking, provides deposit, credit and cash management services to companies with up to approximately $20 million in annual revenue. Asset & Wealth Management serves institutional, ultra-high net worth, high net worth and individual clients through its Asset Management and Wealth Management (“WM”) businesses.
This role will support three executives within CCB Operations, specifically those responsible for Business Banking Service and Operations, as well as multiple cross CCB Ops COE’s / efforts, such as Performance Excellence, Best Place to Work, Infrastructure Services, and Quality.
The successful candidate must maintain confidentiality, exhibit sound decision-making and exercise independent judgment. He / she will possess structure, attention to detail, quality focus, high energy and flexibility in a high-paced deadline driven organization. This individual will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen, and deliver flawless work output. Candidate will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to complete assignments in line with the department's activities and goals. Some responsibilities may involve confidential information and working with a variety of key partners at various levels of the organization.
*Maintain complex and detailed calendars, including resolving scheduling conflicts
*Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel
*Process invoices, travel and entertainment expense claims. Ensure all items processed timely and within policy guidelines. Serve as subject matter expert for T&E policies and procedures.
*Responsible for the coordination and logistics of internal and external meetings
*Organize all aspects of planning sessions and other offsite meetings, including catering, transportation and lodging accommodations
*Handle regular activities without prompting, and advise manager in advance of anticipated issues or delays
*Assist in preparing and editing spreadsheets and presentations as needed
*Work cooperatively with other Executive Assistants to provide back-up support for other executives
*Lead and coordinate ad hoc projects as requested
*Minimum 5 years senior executive administrative assistance experience
*Proven PC skills, proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
*Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization
*Self-starter with the ability to work in a high pressure environment
