Shildan Group, the leading supplier of terracotta rainscreen & sunscreen products in the US, is seeking an Executive Administrator for our Southern New Jersey headquarters. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience and be able to work in a fast paced environment, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and provide support directly to our sales and marketing department. We are looking for someone who wants to join a dynamic team environment in a key role.
This position is responsible for everything from answering phones and directing calls to scheduling meetings and travel, preparing sales and marketing materials, scheduling luncheons, creating and updating presentations and sales support documents, maintaining spreadsheets and schedules, administrating the CRM database and much more.
Previous office experience as well as computer experience (Outlook 365, Word, Excel, Power Point), Marketing experience a plus.
