Under the direction of the Administrator/VP of Aging Services, and under the general direction of the Assistant to the President & CEO, position provides a wide range of administrative support and Coordination to the Administrator/VP of Aging Services, Woodridge Leadership and the Senior Management Team. Interpersonal and communications skills are essential for interaction with all levels of staff within Woodridge / CVMC as well as residents, families, vendors and contracted staff. The Executive Assistant maintains a high level of confidentiality and promoting customer service. Position requires ability to collaborate with the leadership team and staff at Woodridge.
Education equivalent to Associate’s degree in secretarial arts or similar discipline. Excellent computer skills and broad knowledge of software to create reports and compile data.
Minimum two years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in a health care setting. Able to research information. Ability to prioritize and be highly organized. Knowledge of and experience in writing and editing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
