The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our eGov team. eGovernment (eGov) partners and supports the U.S. Treasury's mission to expand the use of digital transactions across the Federal Government. The group provides strategic-level leadership, industry knowledge and innovative thinking to assist with Treasury's end goal of all-electronic payments and disbursements.

- To be considered for this position, candidates must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder and have resided in the U.S. for a minimum of three consecutive years.
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support and project management oversight to the Executive Vice President, eGov. To be successful, the candidate must have extensive administrative experience, strong technical and analytical skills, and broad knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. The Executive Assistant performs duties of a sensitive and confidential nature that require discretion, independent judgment, and decision-making skills. The professional in this position also must be detail-oriented, calm under pressure, able to multi-task and prioritize, and demonstrate sound organizational and communication skills.

Physical Demands and General Working Conditions
Employees typically sit most of the day, work with a computer and may answer/respond to phone calls. Physical movement consists of walking for meetings, breaks, etc. Ability to lift items weighing approximately 20 pounds on a limited basis is required. Employees may be required to travel by car/air.
