The candidate will with minimal supervision assists the Executive Director and/or Regional Director in the execution of his/her duties. Acting on his/her own initiative and independent judgement provide analytical and specialized administrative support of a non-routine, non-repetitive nature. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature and requires a broad working knowledge of departmental and company practices, policies and procedures.
Provides quality customer service effectively to residents, families, co-workers and vendors
Planning, scheduling, documenting, resident billing, reconciling, etc.
Directly supervise 1-2 employees as administrative support
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
B.A. for a 4-yr college or university; or 5yrs related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to calculate figures, ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables, ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, digram or schedule form.
