Our client is a downtown DC boutique Marketing agency who is currently seeking an Executive Assistant for their CEO & President! This role requires 4-5 years of experience supporting CSuite, SVP and/or VP-level individuals. This agency has been rated as a 'best place to work' many times and the clients they work with are the best of the best!
This will require a professional presence, gravitas, discretion, confidentiality, and a team player to fit into an incredibly vibrant and collaborative culture! Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Our client is seeking an executive support professional who thrives on keeping order in a fast-paced environment, a whiz at multitasking and juggling several projects. A can-do attitude for all situations, lending a hand to team members as needed. You think ahead and anticipate the needs of the executive, clients, company, and team: a forward-thinker and a self-starter.
This requires top-notch writing skills, where we will provide a one-hour long online writing-assessment test before a final interview with the CEO. Candidates must be savvy with MS Office and have a strong ability to triage email, calendar, complex expenses, and travel arrangements. The perfect candidate has high emotional intelligence.
