EDUCATION/EXPERTISE:
BA/BS degree
5+ years in a role wherein trust, discretion and communication skills can be recognized as having been fully exercised and refined to mesh seamlessly with the supported leader or team.
Extensive command and creativity in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other office automation tools.
Excellent IT tool proficiency and demonstrated ability to utilize technology to maximize productivity.
Ability to perform all job duties in person and virtually.
Demonstrated initiative, good judgment, setting priorities and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preference will be given to those with relevant certifications/credentials (i.e. Microsoft Office Certifications, PACE, CAP) or a degree/relevant experience in business, accounting, finance, or similar field.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Visual acuity to use a keyboard and view a computer terminal. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp.
May require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; or the ability to stand and walk.
Ability to occasionally lift, carry and/or move light to medium weight up to twelve (12) pounds and/or exert up to twelve (12) pounds of force.
