Sodexo is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for St. Vincent’s North/Rehabilitation Hospital located in Sherwood, AR. With the addition of the Arkansas Neuroscience Institute, St. Vincent North is the best destination for neuroscience care in the region. The best qualified candidate will have a culinary degree and experience in a Healthcare setting.
As a highly visible leader in our Food Service Team, the Executive Chef will manage a team of 20 front-line staff, be responsible for managing the food cost, menuing, and HACCP process as well as being involved in on-site patient services, retail café, and catering. Previous Sodexo experience in a hospital setting is strongly preferred.

Provides culinary leadership within a medium sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution. Key Duties- Implements & coordinates the culinary function. - Directs & trains cooks & utility workers.- Ensures food preparation & production meets operational standards.- Manages catering & retail areas.- Customer & Client satisfaction.- Financial management to include food cost & labor management.- Manages food & physical safety programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
