Princeton Health is searching for a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner to provide direct and indirect care, under the direct supervision of and in collaboration with the Medical Director, for all patients at Bristol-Myers Squibb Community Health Center, including but not limited to transfer to emergency services or inpatient hospitalization.
The FNP job duties will consist of but will not be limited to well-care visits, handling acute and chronic illnesses, immunizations and patient/family education, document in electronic medical records and implement/follow up on plan of care for patents, serve as an active patient/family advocate and consults with Clinic providers and/or refer cases to physician as appropriate
Advanced Nurse Practice Degree from an accredited nursing school and all of the education required to have achieved such a degree.
Experience in urgent care medicine, physical exams according to age of patient. Experience in direct care to different diagnosis including assessment for immunizations and any other necessary testing appropriate for that age group.
New Jersey State RN/Advanced Nurse Practitioner License. American Nurses Credentialing Center Certification. Have or be in the process of obtaining DEA and NJ Controlled Dangerous Substances licenses.
