NOTE: This is a full-time, temporary position.
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Performs basic maintenance as requested by work orders. Maintain all company vehicles. Works with Facilities Services staff as a backup for maintenance on all PE facilities HVAC Systems, plumbing, electrical or carpentry applications. Assists in relocation of offices and furniture. Is trained as a backup for Materials Delivery Specialists as necessary.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports to the Procurement and Facilities Manager
SUPERVISION EXERCISED: None.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Valid NC Driver's license with a clean driving record. Knowledge to provide general maintenance in the areas of basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs, filters, and maintaining company vehicles. Must be able to take after hours call for security and fire systems, emergency and required mechanical maintenance. Must be able to comprehend and comply with all HIPPA, OHSA, and other local, state and federal guidelines pertaining to the operations of medical facilities.

- Assists Couriers as back up as needed.
- Takes after hours call for Security and Fire Systems.
