We are a top performing Farmers Insurance Agency in Arlington looking to add a highly motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is an entry level position with potential to turn into a full time career opportunity including salary, commission, and benefits.
The Receptionist / Customer Service Representative position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, receiving and processing insurance payments for existing customers, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agent or associates.
Salary Range: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

- Process customer policy change requests.
- Document each customer contact in eAgent.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
- Informs customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
