Tully Rinckey PLLC, a full-service international law firm, is looking for an experienced Federal Employment Consult Attorney to be a part of their high volume client driven firm. This position provides opportunities for Partnership depending on experience.

The position requires the candidate to be well versed and have at least seven (7) years of experience in any of the following areas:
- Federal Employee EEO Law and Litigation
- MSPB Litigation
- Federal Adverse Actions
- OSC and Whistleblowing
- Security Clearance Law
The Attorney must be compassionate, understanding, articulate, and have strong oral communication skills. The Attorney must also be licensed to practice law in one state jurisdiction in the United States.
