Federal Government Quality Control Manager must be a graduate engineer or a graduate of construction management with a minimum of 5 years experience on construction of military facilities or non-engineer shall have 10 years of experience on construction of military facilities. The QC Manager is responsible for overall management of OC and must have the to act in all QC matters for the Contractor. The QC Manager must be approved by USACE HNC Contracting Officer. The Quality Control manager shall be the Safety Manager, too.
Must be willing to travel - First project is in Reading, PA; Second job is is in Bluefeild, then WV, Dublin, WV, Salem, VA, York, PA, West Harford, CT.
