Interviews for the Field Operations Service Representative positions will be held at Orion’s Hiring Conference in Parsippany, NJ on October 28.
As a Field Operations Service Representative, you will be responsible for installing and conducting preventative and corrective maintenance on sterilizers and other company equipment in various medical, laboratory, and health product manufacturing facilities. Corrective maintenance includes checking and replacing valves as well as electrical/electronic troubleshooting and mechanical adjustments. Interpersonal skills are essential because you are the frontline representative for the company and you will have the opportunity to generate more income by selling consumables, new equipment, sterilizer kits, preventative maintenance programs, and other products to your customers.
Location: Poughkeepsie, NY
Salary: $58K-65K + car. Upon promotion (6-7 months) you will be able to earn bonus for total W2 of $65K to $75k with a much higher potential year 2.

- Ideal backgrounds are Navy EMs, GSEs, AV Electrical, FCs, Aviation EN, Agangers, and other ratings who are capable of proving Electrical aptitude.
- Experience and technical knowledge with mechanical systems, valves, steam and water, electrical and electronic systems are vital in this position along with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel and work within the local service area.
- Must take a comprehensive exam that covers basic math, electronics, electrical troubleshooting, blueprint schematics (architectural), and physics. This is not pass/fail- rather a tool to assess the strengths and training requirements you bring to the table.
