This is a unique opportunity for expert accountants like you to join the Corporate Accounting team at a fast-moving consumer goods company. You will have responsibility for leading quarterly and annual reporting and analysis and disclosure of Procter & Gamble's global income tax expense. In addition, you will provide support and consultation on broader U.S. GAAP accounting matters in support of Corporate and Global Accounting Policy organizations. Finally, you'll provide consultation on transactions including the following: impacts of legislative changes, internal restructurings, acquisition and divestiture related activity and all other income tax accounting matters.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking highly motivated, collaborative and experienced accounting professionals who can demonstrate a strong knowledge of and experience with the application of U.S. GAAP principles related to income tax on a global basis. P&G is a promote from within company and will provide you the opportunity to advance within the Corporate Accounting organization or more broadly within the Finance & Accounting organization.
We need someone who:
•Has a 4 year college degree in Accounting or related field
•Has 5 to 7 years of income tax auditing experience with a Big Four public
•Has their CPA certification
•Has familiarity with GAAP research tools and the FASB codification
•Has experience researching and documenting support for accounting
•Has experience managing and developing personnel
•Has strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
