To conduct financial aid interviews with newly applied and/or continuing students and process all materials required for financial aid packaging
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, for purposes of this job description each of the Responsibilities, may be amended from time to time, are considered “essential duties.” The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Associate's or Bachelor’s preferred from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the USDOE or three (3) years of previous student financial aid, accounting and/or financial industry.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful and concise manner.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), high comfort level within a computerized environment, previous experience with Campus Vue preferred in addition to familiarity performing research on the Internet.

Regular and predictable attendance is required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
