# Job Description Summary# Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for providing a role in the accurate and timely financial information for use by management in key business decision\-making\. The analyst will work with people at all levels of the organization to report, monitor and manage key financial performance indicators\._The following duties and responsibilities are intended to be representative of the work performed by the incumbent\(s\) in this position and are not all\-inclusive\. The omission of a specific duty or responsibility will not preclude it from the position\._+ Prepares and analyzes financial reporting at all levels of the organization on actuals, forecasts, and prior fiscal year on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis\.+ Participates in monthly closing activities\. Conducts thorough research and analysis of variances to ensure data accuracy\.+ Heavy involvement in the annual budget process, ensuring timely completion\.+ Responsible for developing financial modeling and ad\-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives\.+ Assist with internal and external audits, Sarbanes\-Oxley and all other compliance matters\.
