Summary
The Financial Systems Analyst will be responsible for delivering value to the organization through support and enhancements of Financial. This position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing systems and processes supporting the Finance organization including Accounting, FP&A, SEC Reporting, and Treasury departments. This role requires strong financial systems expertise. This role will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day systems and tools are functioning properly and accurately ensuring business leaders have the information they need to make critical business decisions and run processes smoothly.The successful candidate will have proven experience in partnering with business groups and recommending process changes to improve information flow; resolving complex business and technical issues from a customer focus; building efficient end-to- end processes and delivering projects that improve user productivity while maintaining appropriate SOX controls.
Job Description
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OR DUTIES
System Administrator for BPC and BlackLine including SOX controls
Master Data Management for GL Accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Entities, etc.
Develop and maintain adequate internal SOX controls
Ensure integration points and data flows between systems are efficient and optimal
Ensure standards for data quality and integrity are developed in accordance with best practices
Support financial systems enhancements and projects
Partner with IT to configure and implement necessary changes
Create Financial reports using BPC as needed
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATIONS
Familiarity with P&L, Balance Sheet and Financial Budgeting/Forecasting concepts
Strong hands-on experience in financial reporting systems such as SAP BPC, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and QlikView
Strong collaboration skills, works well across functional areas, team player
Ability to effectively document business processes, track and troubleshoot applications issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
