Under general supervision, but in accordance with established policies and procedures, schedules appointments with members and Financial Services Advisor, markets the financial services program to credit union employees and members, and performs administrative functions in support of the financial services program. Responsible for providing a high quality of member service, promoting credit union products and services, to ensure Credit Union established goals are being met.
Education/Certification:High school diploma or equivalent. NASD Registration: Series 7 and 66 preferred
Experience Required:Six months of financial services experience in a position with member interaction.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Thorough knowledge of Credit Union services and products provided.Understanding of member bookkeeping procedures.General knowledge of Financial Services products and services.Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications, preferably Microsoft office software.Excellent communication and cross-servicing skills.Must exhibit positive attitude and be outgoing.Must demonstrate Credit Union spirit of "People helping people" and embrace everyday challenges willingly.
