About the Role
Workday new graduate consultant roles work on project teams to help Workday customers implement our growing catalog of global, cloud-based applications. Learn how to apply Workday’s implementation methodology and technology to customers of all sizes and in any sector, including manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, education, biomed, technology, and others.
About the Team
The Financial Consultant team offers exciting opportunities to design and implement customer requirements into our Workday Financials product. Are you excited about Finance and Accounting? What would you do everyday?
Work with customers to gather and analyze customer business requirements, understanding what drives their business and how they plan for it as it relates to the Financial products.
Provide insight from past projects to drive the building of prototype systems and assist client testing.
Complete the work assigned to you by the Project Manager within the budgeted time allocated.
Apply Workday’s deployment methodology to customer implementations to help customers achieve a high degree of success and satisfaction with Workday’s products.
SPARK Training Program (Services Professionals to Apply and Reinforce their Knowledge)
As a new grad consultant, you will participate in Workday’s SPARK Program. Our mission is to provide an innovative, progressive, and comprehensive Consulting training program for early career talent, aligning with Workday’s Core Values. This 4 month program will provide the necessary certifications and enhancement of skills to help you thrive in a Workday consultant role.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting. You are an upcoming or recent university graduate within the last 12 months.
You can collaborate with diverse groups of people to gather and analyze customer business requirements.
You get excited to learn new concepts and technologies quickly.
You have great verbal and written communication skills.
You thrive at problem-solving and making decisions, both as a teammate and independently.
You can start work in September 2021. ONLY start date in 2021.
