The overall objective of this position is to assist in conducting technical research and analysis of force sustainment, training, and integration with other Service, Joint, Agency, and Coalition forces. This analysis also includes the development of recommendations in order to enhance the survivability of the conventional force (2d MarDiv).

Conduct analysis of existing training and education programs. Provide recommendations for higher learning and training for 2d MarDiv to reduce identified and emergent gaps.
Conduct research and analysis and provide recommendations that improve comprehensive readiness training and course materials that adhere to USMC Training and Education Command (TECOM) guidance.
Document that support training of 2d MarDiv staff and CP training in accordance with Marine Staff Training Program directives and the Marine Corps Planning Process.
Provide recommendations on the way ahead for formal school course development.
Clearance: Secret required, TS/SCI preferred
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8 hrs days anticipated
Travel: TBD, possible conference attendance no more than 3 times per yr for 5 days/event or less.
