JOB SUMMARY: The Fraud Analyst, assigned to a specific client, will provide analytical support to all office staff to ensure the smooth and successful operation of complex investigations. The Analyst will also assist in projects ranging from fraud, scams, phishing and brand protection investigations.

- Prepare accurate correspondence and records including; memos, letters, and reports in a timely manner.
- Interact effectively with staff, customers, employees, and public through appropriate contact and the anticipation of service needs.
- Establish investigative files for all new cases.
- Prepare, conduct, and complete investigative services and reports accurately and in a timely manner, as well as make edits and/or corrections, as needed.
- Schedule meetings/conferences and assist with travel reservations.
- Ensure all confidential information is managed appropriately.
- Establish goals and objectives for continuous improvement of investigative programs.
- Maintain and submit accurate time and expense records in accordance with company guidelines.
- Inform management personnel of all issues relating to on-going matters.
- Participate in training sessions or seminars and review training materials to ensure high quality investigations.
- Assist in special projects, as necessary.
- All other duties, as assigned.

- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process including drug testing and background investigation.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone).
- Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.

- Experience in data mining and data compiling.
- Experience with investigative functions including background screening, due diligence, and brand protection, preferred.
- Experience in conducting telephone interviews.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment under multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
