We are a Kitchen and Bathroom company with a showroom located in the heart of the Upper East Side Manhattan.
We are looking to hire a front desk / administrative assistant with excellent communication skills, with professional appearance and the ability to work under pressure.
We need someone who can multi-task and who can speak, read and write fluently in English. This position includes:
- Meeting and greeting clients when they enter the showroom
- Scheduling appointments for consultations
- Personal assistant to the executive administrator
- Answering phones
- Preparing estimates & contracts
- Providing prompt assistance to sales consultants and the design team
- Internet research
- Dealing with expediting materials, etc.
- Receiving and marking packages that arrived
- Scheduling & confirming orders and deliveries
This position requires excellence in Word documents, excel, outlook and knowledge in QuickBooks.
This is a full time job. Job requires working 5 days a week Monday thru Friday. ** might need to work on Sundays off and on **
