Front Desk Greeter (Customer Service Specialist)
Full time, 37.5 to 40 hours per week
Located: Willimantic American Job Center and/or Remotely
This position is responsible for welcoming all One-Stop customers/visitors or engaging with customer inquiries via remote platforms (such as telephone, email, or chat). Position requires independently handling any related customer service issues. This position will be responsible for providing One Stop center and partner program information, assisting customers and staff with faxing, filing, registering for workshops coordinating meetings and appointments, conducting One Stop information sessions and ensuring that all front desk operations are carried out in an organized and efficient fashion.
Required qualifications: Associates Degree plus one year related work experience or a H.S Diploma plus three years of related work experience. Bilingual in Spanish is required. Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Proficient to Expert level Computer skills including data entry,
managing challenging customer service situations, including de-escalation
managing time wisely,
excellent communication skills and
ability to work independently.
