The Front End Manager is responsible for the cash office, central checkouts and customer service areas of the store. Development and direction of the Front End Manager is paramount to providing excellent customer service. Clear, concise communications with the Managers is essential. The Front End Manager will train and cross train all cashiers to provide acceptable levels of customer service, perform and execute all service desk and cashiering policies and procedures as outlined in the Cashier Training Manuals as well as Cash Office functions. The Front End Manager may carry keys to the store and open and close the building. Must be able to provide hands on training, multi task, evaluate and react to performance issues with strong communication, customer service and leadership skills. Evenings, weekends and the ability to work varied hours and days based on the needs of the business. Physical requirements include; ability to walk and stand continuously, bend and stoop.
