Bedford Heights, Ohio based Property Management company seeking one full time 35-40+ hour a week administrative assistant for customer service and administrative help, duties include but not limited to:
-- Answering the phones (tenant payments over the phone, transferring to maintenance, etc)
-- Turning utilities on and off, scheduling utility turn ons/off for our rental properties
-- Sorting through rental payments in/out of the office
-- Assisting with filing, sorting, scanning/uploading, and mailing out paperwork to tenants
-- Preparing lease paperwork
-- Collection Calls (for past due rent(s) & utilities)
-- Directly assisting the Executive Assistant and Operations Manager
Pay is based on experience - $12 to $16 hourly. Schedule is full time Monday through Friday normal business hours and we do require 2 to 3 Saturdays a month 9AM to 1PM but we pay $1/hr shift diff for Saturday hours.

Our office is opened Monday-Saturday, and 2 to 3 Saturday a month is required (we are only opened 9am-1pm on Saturday), ideal candidate will be available 8/9AM start time, 5/5:30pm end time Monday through Thursday, we close early on Friday, and short hours on Saturday. OT is available sometimes as well.
Would like applicant to have experience in customer service, administrative duties, dealing with clients/customers directly of some sort and MUST have reliable transportation. Looking for someone to grow with our company, who is looking for long term employment.
We offer 1 week paid vacation after 1 year with the company, will provide own office supplies/computer, and we do annual raises and offer direct deposit.
