Our client who is an Industrial equipment supplier is looking for someone who will complete procurement, fulfillment, and planning sales activities in support of customer demand while being the primary customer interface. This person will ensure on-time delivery of components which meet the level of standard quality assurance. You will be collaborating with production, sales, and accounting.
-Entering new sales orders and managing customer pull ins and push outs
-Coordinating production for job orders, issuing to jobs and managing Kanabans
-Organizing shipping documents for domestic shipments
-Placing purchase orders to vendors to keep supply chain full
-Reconciling inventory discrepancies
-Managing offsite inventory
-Working knowledge of MS Office
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication abilities
-Proven experience as production planner/buyer, with customer centric focus
-Knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
-Extremely responsive, flexible, and self-monitor
-High school diploma plus 3-5 years' experience
