Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and substantial industry & teaching experience.
Program skills: Maya, Photoshop, After Effects, Nuke, Zbrush, Vray, or other equivalent software.
3D Modeling for Fabrication in zBrush or Maya
Substantial professional experience in their respective department
Fun and energetic attitude that translates well in teaching middle and high school students
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple classes per day.
Broad & in-depth knowledge of the subject area or discipline being taught
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Computer skills in a Microsoft Office environment
Ethical/Honest - evidence of the practice of a high-level confidentiality
Collaborative – willing to work with fellow instructors on any required departmental work, such as curricular development and planning
In the absence of an undergraduate or graduate degree, the instructor’s body of work, relevant experience, teaching experience, and training in their specified field will be evaluated & documented in a formal degree-level rubric
