Pro Staff is currently working with a quality wood working manufacturer in the Brainerd Lakes Area who is looking for a General Laborer. This company believes people are their most important asset and strive to foster a team environment that is dedicated to continuously demonstrating innovation and excellence in design. Through manufacturing engineering, quality, environmental stewardship and supply chain leadership, they have become an industry-leading producer of component parts for the window and patio door, architectural door, furniture and structural mill work industries. This position offers a starting pay range of $13-14 an hour and a four day work week, Monday through Thursday.
- Assist with machine operating tasks.
- Sweep, stack boards, and take care of general housekeeping duties.
- Ensure quality of parts produced.
- Ensure safe practices are upheld in the manufacturing process.
- Ability to add and subtract.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure.
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds individually; or up to 100 pounds with assistance.
This role requires the work of 10 hours days, Monday - Thursday, with overtime as needed.
