As one of the premier clubs in the Southeast, the General Laborer position at Greenville County Club offers up and coming agronomy professionals an opportunity to maintain one of the most picturesque golf courses in the Southeast. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong work ethic, have previous landscaping experience (or be eager to learn), be comfortable working independently or as a team, is dedicated to growing as a professional and has an eye for detail. This job is for the serious landscape enthusiast who has a passion for plants and doesn't mind hard work.
What would your average day be like?
The General Laborer at Greenville Country Club will start their day early, spending time outdoors in a wide variety of weather conditions, working under the direction of seasoned agronomy experts who have a passion for excellence and an eye for detail. He/She will operate a wide variety of equipment as they consistently maintain more than 100 acres of meticulously manicured grounds. This role offers the opportunity for leadership growth and development within the organization.
Individuals with previous golf course agronomy experience are encouraged to apply. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with preference given to those who have an educational background in agronomy. Bi-lingual applicants are particularly desirable.
