Artisan Restaurant Collection has a great opportunity for an experienced General Manager 5 (resource which can last up to 6 months) for a potential new sale in the Los Angeles area of California.
The Artisan Restaurant Collection was imagined and created in California by a market need for local sustainable, chef driven, farm to fork food created with love.
The General Manager 5 will be responsible for maintaining an excellent client relationship and ensuring high customer service standards.
We deliver a range of services from café, retail, and catering. The General Manager will have total unit operating responsibilities including the supervision of management team with a focus on amazing food and excellent customer experience.

Position Summary
Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
