The Role includes:
- Developing competence on each production station
- Running joyful shifts
- Training, coaching and developing team members
- Ensuring an exceptional guest experience,
- Administrative tasks: ordering, scheduling, hiring and onboarding,
- Embodying Life Alive’s culture and values
