Aon is looking for a a Global Benefits Analyst (ideally located near Miami or Chicago)
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our Global Benefits practice in either Miami or Chicago.
Your impact as a Global Benefits Analyst
We have an exciting career opportunity to join the Americas Globally Mobile Employee (GME) Center of Excellence (COE). The selected candidate for this position will work with the existing team of experienced colleagues who are currently dedicated to supporting Aon’s globally mobile clients and their employee mobility needs.
The essential part of the selected candidate’s role will include, but are not necessarily limited to:
- Supporting day to day queries from clients about expatriate benefits program
- Drafting reports for consultants, and create benefit comparisons
- Peer reviewing spreadsheets
- Obtaining data and renewal terms in a timely manner
- Collaborating effectively with others on the team
Candidate should possess
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to develop basic technical and consulting skills/expertise
- Deep experience with Microsoft suite
- Desire to participate in training opportunities to learn about the industry
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage workload effectively, prioritize independently, and proactively communicate
Priority will be given to candidates with 2 years of benefits experience in consulting, insurance or professional services firm. Experience living and working overseas, or experience with international, expat/GME or non‐US is highly desirable but not essential.
- Bachelor’s degree or 2 years equivalent years of industry experience.
