The Global Marketing Manager IV Sets is responsible for key global marketing programs and activities within the WW GSD business such as supporting the effort to increase category share in existing markets, driving key activities within each product lines, being a liaison to regional marketing counterparts and meeting/exceeding global revenue targets\.We are looking for an passionate marketer to be part of our team dedicated to improving patient safety and healthcare outcome\. We are looking for someone has a strong leadership skills, is results\-orientated, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in a highly matrix organization\.# Job Description**Key Responsibilities**+ Lead development and implementation of global communication tools, including claims/evidence generation and new global product messaging\.+ Responsible for Demand Governance to ensure consistent supply and capacity planning\. Serves as key liaison with supply chain/operations and all regions to proactively identify and resolve potential issues\.+ Lead market research projects, in partnership with vendors and cross\-functional stakeholders, to develop a deep understanding of global market trends, clinical practices, customer needs, regulations, policy, and competitors+ Provide marketing leadership for sustaining product engineering projects, as well as some new product development projects, working in close collaboration with regional business leaders, R&D, Medical Affairs, R&D, and other functions+ Support Sr Product Managers and Director with strategic projects/initiatives related to innovation, market assessments and tactics related to achieving annual global business performance objectives+ Manage and collaborate with RA on global registration needs cross platform in support of regional marketing strategy and ensure sustainable business growth**Requirements**+ Bachelor’s degree required+ 3\+ years of business experience in medical device industry experience preferable+ 5\+ years of marketing experience, ideally with a mix of downstream and upstream \(including market analysis and market research\)+ Ability to clearly convey problems, concepts and strategies in verbal/written communications; Able to simplify complexity and develop succinct and focused messages**Additional and Preferred Skills and Qualifications**+ MBA highly preferred+ Creative and results\-oriented problem solver who demonstrates logical basis for recommendations+ Works effectively in a team\-based organization, highly collaborative, can work cross\-functionally and internationally with diverse cultures and effectively builds alignment+ Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities\.+ Proven ability to work in a high\-paced environment and routinely work on multiple tasks with multiple people while effectively prioritizing\.**Job Specific Requirements:**+ ~10% travel \(TBD dependent upon travel policy changes\)Becton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer\.
