About Our Team: Lenovo Value Recovery (LVR) is an exciting new business unit dedicated to the circular economy through the reuse, refurbishment and redeployment of hardware solutions. LVR operates as a small startup company within Lenovo and is given the autonomy to create the operational infrastructure needed to support this new business unit. This newly formed team is made up of individuals with diverse backgrounds in product development, operations, fulfillment, engineering, and supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales either as a sales manager, sales operations manager or a supporting sales role. They will also have close relationships with key members of the sales team or can quickly establish those relationships. The LVR sales operations lead will need an understanding of the sales infrastructure and have the relationships within the sales organization to quickly define, drive and close LVR initiatives with the sales team. Candidates for this role will need to be accustomed to working in a fast paced, “startup company” environment in which they will need to perform multiple duties beyond the scope of their role as defined. Candidates will need to be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently to define and close workstreams with urgency. Responsibilities: • Primary focal point for the worldwide sales and channel teams • Define and drive closure to strategic initiatives with the Lenovo sales and channel teams • Identify opportunities for collaboration with the sales team to drive incremental revenue and profit to support financial targets for LVR • Manage and nourish relationships with internal customers, extended team and external partners #### Position Requirements: Minimum requirements: • 5+ years of supplier/business partner/customer relationship management • 7+ years experience working in the technology industry • 7+ years sales and operations experience Preferred skills: • Experience leading and driving global teams • Strong project management skills • Ability to work in a dynamic environment in which infrastructure and processes may not be completely defined Why Lenovo?
