Hardware Managers are responsible for all aspects of the Hardware department of the store including labor, gross, sales, cleanliness, and merchandising. Hardware Mangers are responsible for making sure the Hardware section of the store is well stocked and orderly in appearance and the entire Hardware team is properly trained and perform in their job duties in relation to customer service, merchandising, productivity, and store conditions. Hardware Managers will write schedules, stock shelves, order product, build displays, bag groceries for customers, organize the back room and clean store areas as required. They must be familiar with store products and their locations in order to assist customers. Hardware Managers will follow all safety rules and must also be able to perform the duties of Cashier when needed as well as any other tasks assigned.
