A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of service operations or project management experience, or an Associate's Degree and 6+ years of experience.
2+ years of managerial experience.
Experience coordinating installation projects within the diagnostic imaging industry or relatable service/business operations or project management experience.
Experience interfacing with customers and dealer and leading customer and dealer interactions.
5+ years of relevant experience in the areas of project management, project resource supervision, strategic planning, technical support of software and hardware implementations, and medical environments utilizing DICOM/HL7/RIS/PACS applications.
Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Visio required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; lift; and talk or hear. Work is frequently performed inside an office building. The level of noise in the work environment is usually quiet. This position may involve up to 20% travel.
