Today you might be a Creative Director, Art Director, Lead Content Strategist, Brand Lead or the equivalent in your company...or something that we haven 't heard of yet - we keep an open mind.
The most important characteristic for our Head Of Brand Marketing is your attitude. We want you to join because you don't see roadblocks, you see opportunities to be at your best. You know that somehow, you can figure anything out.
The skills required for this role:
- You can talk art and copy, and how to coordinate a creative team to get the job done
- You love telling brand stories that moves seamlessly between different channels, from digital to experiential
- You live and breathe storytelling and know how to build a dedicated and loyal community around a brand
- Master-level content and PR strategy skills
- World class experience creating brand-forward ad campaigns. You're the digital era's Don Draper
- You've helped create campaigns for a fast scaling brand, or taken an awesome brand to the next level (DTC consumer brands strongly preferred)
- You 've worked at a fast-growing startup or top tier creative agency
- You 've written articles for a major publication, created viral digital content, or created/hosted/were featured on a podcast that we'd know
- You 've worked on a major ad or PR campaigns for an objectively cool consumer product brand
