Bell has an opening in Fort Worth, TX headquarters for a Heath Services Operations Manager . In this role, you will use your extensive experience in healthcare and running occupational health and employee wellness clinics for corporations to manage processes and lead in strategic design, planning, and implementation of advanced healthcare programs.
Management of enterprise health services operations
Vendor liaison for onsite health center operation, both current and future state
Designated Employee Representative (DER) or DER designee
Cast vision and implement plan for advancement of total employee wellbeing
Partner with Bells Benefits and Wellbeing team for advancement of total employee wellbeing strategy
Partner with Environmental, Health and Safety department for improvement of employee health both on and off the job
At least 10 years of related health care experience with extensive knowledge in occupational health and employee wellness, including at least 5 years of occupational health clinic leadership / management experience.
Demonstrated experience in the strategic design, planning and implementation of advanced healthcare programs and project management.
Ability to not only understands current state of occupational/employee healthcare and wellness, but to also envisions and leads Bell into the future state.
Experience in total claims management to include workers compensation, FMLA, disability claims, return to work, reasonable accommodation, etc. Knowledge of multiple state and/or international claims administration is preferred.
Current knowledge of and ability to consult with the client on the rules and regulations that govern occupational and environmental health and safety including oversight and adherence to state and federal regulations (OSHA, Workers Compensation, HIPAA, FAA and DOT Drug Testing policy and procedures, pre-employment testing, medical surveillance, etc.)
Knowledge of clinical procedures and all processes involved in the delivery of quality care as well as demonstrated innovative approach to solving complex issues and improving established practices.
Exceptional customer service including needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Strong understanding of the financial management, and business and clinical operations
Ability to communicate well to all levels of leadership
Time management; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of Process Improvement methodology and has successfully implemented new processes and procedures
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and prepare comprehensive reports.
Computer literacy, ability to work with computerized systems and applications
Educational Requirements :
- High School/GED and clinical or medical office training
Preferred skills and experience:
Bachelors Degree or higher
Experience as a clinician with current state license (RN, LVN, EMT, etc.) is highly preferred
Experience managing multiple site locations
