28 Bed Safe Haven in Manhattan
Part Time, 15 hours per week
Saturday and Sunday; 11:00am-7:30pm
Administer medication to 20+ mentally ill and medically fragile homeless adults. Conduct nursing assessments and implant PPD's. Maintain records as per state and agency regulations. Liaison with medical providers to ensure medical regimens are followed. Coordinate client medical treatment and follow up. Participate in clinical and management team meetings. Provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance when needed. Related duties as assigned.
Experience with MICA population. Must have EMT, LPN or military medic. CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.
