Position:Help Desk Support
Pay Rate:$15.00/HR W2
Location:Louisville, KY 40225
Hours:FullTime,Mon-Fri, 8AM-10PM, 8HRshifts
- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
- Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
- Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up.
- Performs general maintenance tasksand resolves technicalproblems.
- May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system.
- IT Certifications are nice to have.
- Education orexperience supporting PC hardware and software.
- Must have a working knowledge of Desktop OS 10
- Must have good communication skills and be able to work professionally with internal and external clients
