Leading healthcare organization seeks to add a contract Help Desk Technician for go-live support. The position is onsite in Melville, NY.
- Provide initial support for customer inquiries received via the telephone and/or internet.
- Assess nature of NSLIJ's problem and may resolve simple and basic support issues.
- For more complex issues, directs NSLIJ to appropriate technical customer support center specialist.
- May perform administrative support activities.
- Enter NSLIJ's requests into Help Desk ticketing system.
- Complete requests such as new account(s), terminations, etc.
- May be involved in high impact outage communication process.
