Help Desk Operator
Respond to queries via chat, email or phone
Provide technical assistant and support for issues related to systems, software and hardware.
Monitor and reply quickly and effectively to requests
Diagnose system errors and other issues
Computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot
Excellent customer service skills. Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Basic technical and customer service experience is preferred.
